Exhibitor Badge

CIHS will provide entrance badge for every exhibitor. With the badge, exhibitors can enter the EXPO Center during the booth buildup period, show period and dismantling period. Exhibitor without badge is not allowed to enter the exhibition halls.

Contractor Badge:

Contractors need to obtain a Contractor Badge before entering the exhibition hall.

How to obtain the Contractor Badge:

　　Step 1: Fax CIHS Office information on the Contractor in advance (for the purpose of record keeping);

　　Step 2: Pay for Garbage Clear-up Deposit and Construction Management Fee.

　　Step 3: Buy Construction Badge from SNIEC. (RMB 20 /badge)

Vehicle Pass:

Vehicles that will enter the unloading & loading areas or exhibitions halls need to obtain a Vehicle Pass in advance.

How to obtain a Vehicle Pass:

A handling fee of RMB 20 will be paid for every vehicle (together with a deposit of RMB 300).

The Vehicle Pass Office is located in the western side of Exhibition Hall No.1.
