Practical World Asia will be held in conjunction with Practical World Asia. The cooperation between Koelnmesse and China National Hardware Association will bring to the Show more overseas exhibitors and visitors, making the show an internationalized one. In CIHS'05, PWA will present visitors 100-odd overseas brands from more than 20 countries and territories.

-- In Conjunction with China Int'l Kitchen & Bathroom Appliances Show 2005

CIHS'04 will be held in conjunction with China Int'l Kitchen & Bathroom Appliances Show 2005 (CIKB).

Kitchen and Bathroom products have a large similarity with hardware products. In order to bring more comprehensive service to distributors and end-users, China National Hardware Association has brought CIKB into CIHS since 2002.

In 2004, many renowned kitchen & bathroom brands were attracted to the show, and kitchen & bathroom products accounted for one forth of total floor space.

--In Conjunction of 2005 China Int'l Locks, Security and Fittings Show
Chinese lock, rich in its diversity and cheap on its price. In every CIHS show, there were always a large number of overseas buyers came all the way to buy Chinese locks.

CIHS'05 will present lock buyers 2005 China Int'l Locks, Security and Fittings Show. In the Lock section, Chinese lock manufacturers will display their latest products and technologies.

-- Multi-national Retailers Source at Show

The sourcing centers of 32 multinational retailers from 13 countries are invited and source at CIHS'05, including Kingfisher, B&Q, OBI, Leroy Merlin, etc. CIHS'05 will also see a great gathering of China's leading hardware & building materials dealers, the sourcing departments from the home improvement & building materials centers, shopping & supermarkets. CIHS'05 trade visitors are expected to reach 50,000.

-- National/Regional Pavilions

CIHS'05, Koelnmesse will continue to bring overseas national pavilions to Practical World Asia. Hardware production bases in China will organize local pavilions to the Show.

-- Lectures and forums

Many lectures and technology forums were held during CIHS'04.

Development Forum for China Tool Industry, Lecture on How to Become OBI's supplier, Seminar on How Chinese Hardware Companies Develop Overseas Market were held successively.

IHA Managing Committee, Seminar for the International Certificating of China Hardware Export Products, International Forum of 2004 China Gas-fired Tool Industry Development, Awarding of New Products of CIHS'04 & Prize for Creative Design of Kitchen and Bathroom were held successively.

More lectures and forums are expected to take place during CIHS'05.
