It is with the greatest possible pleasure that I send you greetings from the global family of the international Federation and Housewares Associations.

Since my first visit in the year 2000, I have been delighted to witness at first hand the progress made by China International Hardware Show / Practical World Asia and I anticipate with tens of thousands of other visitors a buoyant and interesting Show this year.

It is to the credit of the China National Hardware Association that so much goodwill and international relationship has matrued through close co-operation. My colleagues in the Managing Committee of IHA and on behalf of members throughout the world thank you for the close working relationship and the good friendship which exists between our organizations.
