To avoid and reduce unnecessary waiting time at the registration counter on-site, the Organizer would request visitor to pre-register online in advance. Application for the Invitation Letter for Visa

Visitors who need the Invitation Letter for Visa can put forward the request online in the process of Visitor Pre-registration. With the request, CIHS Office will apply from authorized organization for the invitation letter.

Please refer the following process for the application of the Invitation Letter for Visa:

Step 1: Indicate the need for Invitation Letter for Visa when pre-registering on this website:

Step 2: Provide the necessary information such as Name, Gender, Nationality, Company Name, Title and Passport Number.

Step 3: Waiting for the Invitation Letter for Visa from the CIHS Office (original copy or fax copy).

Step 4: Apply for Visa at local Chinese Embassy/Consulate/Visa Office with the Invitation Letter for Visa.

Please be noted:

1. As the CIHS Office needs several workdays for the application process, please submit the request at your earliest convenience.

2. Chinese Embassies in some countries accept only original copy, visitor from those countries need to apply earlier.

3. Currently the Online Pre-registration System has not been started yet. We would request your attention on CIHS website in future, so as to register before hand.
